We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of a dedicated vegetable cutting device to a food processing manufacturer in Kyoto Prefecture. Previously, cabbage residues were reduced using a dryer, but due to high running costs and frequent breakdowns, we concluded that simple dehydration would be better, and they reached out to us.
